The video features cinematic visuals and sharp choreography areas where Mr. P has always been difficult to fault and for many fans that has been more than enough. The club-ready energy of the track and the precision of the dance routines have drawn genuine praise from a portion of his audience that has followed his solo career with consistent loyalty.

Others have been less generous. A recurring line of criticism has centred on the sound itself, with some suggesting the production feels out of step with where Nigerian music currently sits. It is a tension that veteran artists across every genre navigate the question of whether to chase the moment or stay true to a style that built the career in the first place and Mr. P finds himself squarely in the middle of it with this release.
