The premiere, part of the festival’s Spotlight+ section running from June 4 to June 15, has already sparked widespread acclaim for its intimate portrayal of the artist’s journey from the vibrant streets of Lagos to global stardom.
Directed by Karam Gill and produced alongside Daniel Malikyar, the 83-minute documentary weaves together rare behind-the-scenes footage, electrifying live performances, and cultural commentary.
