Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has officially announced new dates for the 2026 extension of his 5IVE ALIVE World Tour, further cementing his position as one of Africa’s most globally influential music artists.
The newly revealed schedule expands on the success of the 2025 tour legs across North America and other regions and is designed to support his 2025 album 5IVE. The 2026 extension places strong emphasis on African homecomings, a full European arena run, and a historic debut at one of the world’s biggest music festivals.
The tour will kick off its new phase on February 7, 2026, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where Davido is set to perform at Lugalo Golf Club in the Kawe area. The Tanzania stop marks a fresh African addition to the tour and reflects his growing commitment to reconnecting with fans across the continent.
Davido will then launch the European leg of the tour on March 25, 2026, in Vienna, Austria, at the Raiffeisen Halle im Gasometer. The European run continues across major cities, including Zürich, Rotterdam, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, and Spain, placing Davido in some of the region’s most prominent indoor venues.
A major highlight of the tour is Davido’s first-ever appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California. He is scheduled to perform on April 11 and April 18, 2026, taking the stage on both Saturdays of the festival’s two-weekend format. The milestone positions Davido as one of the leading Afrobeats representatives on the 2026 Coachella lineup.
The tour will later return to Africa, with a confirmed stop in Lusaka, Zambia, on May 2, 2026, where Davido will perform at the Lusaka Showground Polo Field, further strengthening his continental presence.
According to official tour descriptions, the 5IVE ALIVE World Tour promises high-energy performances, immersive fan experiences, and possible special guest appearances, aligning with Davido’s message of making the tour “with you, for you.”
Tickets are currently available through official platforms including iamdavido.com, dmwhq.com, Ticketmaster, SeeTickets, Seated, and select local promoters depending on location. Additional tour dates are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The announcement has sparked widespread excitement across social media platforms, with fans celebrating the European run, African homecomings, and Davido’s Coachella breakthrough as another major step in the global rise of Afrobeats.
